Do your t-shirts come in any other color than black?
Why would you wear anything but a black tee? We thought you were cool. Oh well, yes all of our tees are now available in a variety of colors.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also take debit and check cards as long as they are associated with a major credit company.

Is there sales tax on my order?
You do not have to pay U.S. sales tax! Yippee! Unfortunately, customs and countries outside of the USA, sometimes place a steep tax on packages arriving in countries across the world from the USA. As we cannot control these taxes, there is no way to make them lesser. However, we have dropped shipping costs to help reduce some of the costs for these such instances.

When will my awesome new t-shirt be delivered?
Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two additional business days to ship. Please note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. You must give a physical address. (1) UPS Ground: Orders are typically delivered in one to six days after your order is shipped. No Saturday delivery. Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico (2) 3 Day Select: You receive your order by the end of the third business day after your order is shipped. Service Area: The 48 contiguous states (3) Next Day Air Saver: You receive your order the next business day after your order is shipped and it will be received by 7:00pm. Service Area: The 48 contiguous states (4) UPS International: Delivery typically takes between three to six business days. It is possible that you may be required to pay local sales tax and/or duties when your order arrives (e.g. for the UK), as we do not have any influence on that.

I don't think my order confirmation was received.
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Spreadshirt. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to technical problems or an error in your e-mail address (e.g. typo). In this case, please e-mail service@spreadshirt.com to let them know that you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail. Be sure to provide your full name, e-mail address and street address used in the order as well as the order date.

I still haven't received my t-shirt?
After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail from Spreadshirt confirming the shipment. If - whatever the reason - you feel that your order has not been received in the proper timeframe, please contact service@spreadshirt.com. We kindly ask that should this be the case, you let us know no later than 6 weeks after ordering.

Can I cancel my order?
A new order can be cancelled or changed without any problem only if the production process has not yet begun. To find out whether your order has been processed, log into Your Spreadshirt online where it is possible to view the status of your order. The link to your order status page can be found in your order confirmation email. If your order is labeled "wait" or as "new", you will be able to cancel your order. If you would like to change your order, please contact Spreadshirt customer service by phone before your order begins production. Once it begins production, you can no longer make any changes.
